If, for some reason, you ever have a problem with an order, simply contact our customer service department and tell us why you are not satisfied. We can then arrange for you to return the photo prints and receive a refund for the full corresponding value, including your postage costs. If desired, the compensation can be given in the form of a credit for a future order.
