Delivery information

Delivery time includes the time for processing the product and the time taken for shipping. When multiple products are involved, delivery time is calculated by factoring in the maximum processing and shipping time needed for the ordered products.

Your order is always processed in a day. Delivery does not take more than 4-5 days.Weekends are not included. International shipments might take longer.

The Greeting Cards you've ordered may be out of stock as they are currently not in season. Order delivery of cards may be slightly delayed due to this.On rare occasions, there might be slight delay in Photo Book / Calendar delivery on account of longer processing time. In such an event, please contact our support team.

Please note:
1.During the peak season, or during festivals or other special occasions, processing and shipping times might be longer.
2.If your order contains one or more products that require longer processing time, the entire package will get delayed. So, the expected delivery time will be the maximum processing time required for such products.

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us immediately after order confirmation. We process your order within a day and so, cancellation of orders at a later stage of order processing is not possible. If at the time of delivery, there is no one at the address, the package will be sent back to the lab.

Shipping

The cost of shipping includes charges for handling, packaging, and shipping. This is calculated individually for each order based on the size and weight of an order. We try to pack products together as much as possible to lessen the shipping cost for you.

For the convenience of customers, ColorMailer groups the products into package combinations, rather than sending each product as a separate package. Prints and photo posters are grouped into a package while posters and canvas, fine art prints make another package. Greeting cards are sent as a separate package due to their limited size. To prevent damage, fine art prints up to 30x45cm are shipped in a separate package if smaller than other products in the same order.
